Daily Health Tip

A lot of jobs nowadays take place in the position I'm currently in. Sitting, in front a computer. How often do you get up and walk around? There are some days when I only get up to make my lunch. I am plopped down in front of my computer and neither hell nor high water will get me out of that spinny chair. So what's an engineer to do?

Well, for circulations sake, absolutely DO NOT be like me.

Get up!

Move your printer to a different room. Don't call someone down the hallway, deliver the message in person.

And here's an even better idea if you're an office person like us. Get ankle weights (1 or 2 lbs each to start), and wear them all day. Now crossing your legs and bathroom trips get a little bit more of a workout. Even small changes can make big differences!
