Daily Health Tip

Are you having trouble keeping with your exercise routine? 

Start SMALL! 

If you like to workout in the morning, get up only five minutes earlier and start with a "two-set" workout. Do ten push-ups and twenty crunches!

Every week, add another five minutes and do another "two-set" workout. Now you're up to twenty push-ups and forty crunches! Keep adding each week until you're up early enough to switch to a more intense workout.

The key: Habits are easier to deal with than trying to impose a hard workout on yourself. Start small when creating a habit and build it up!
