Instead of going out to Sheetz or Dunkin, we make Shakeology every morning in about a minute. If you're a person who loves to chew your food, toast up some Homemade Bread with nut butter, hummus, or low-fat cream cheese.
But here's the real tip. Most of us have Sundays off. Chances are over the weekend, you cook dinner, right? Instead of making four chicken breasts for your family, roast up ten or twelve. Cook up a whole box of pasta instead of a single serving. Take your old Chinese food containers, and portion out your pasta and chicken. Freeze it or refrigerate it. Now, all your lunches are made, and you have some speedy dishes for those nights you get home late.
Also, flash frozen vegetables are great additions for daily lunch. And you won't waste your half an hour break cooking them. Five minutes in the microwave, and you have a great meal!
