Daily Health Tip

Do you ride the bus to work every morning? Or take an elevator up to the 10th floor? 

No, don't worry, I'm not going to tell you to walk all the way to work or go up a million flights of stairs. 

Instead, get off a single stop earlier. Walk an extra block to work, or get off at the 9th floor instead of the 10th. Make a habit of it. Just one extra set of stairs. That's not so scary, right? Perhaps next week if you feel a little bit better, you can get off at the 8th floor!

Remember, creating a habit doesn't happen overnight. Small steps!
