Normally, when I get up in the morning, I'm a crankypants. Especially Monday mornings. And I figured THIS Monday would be the absolute worst, cause me and Tom started working out Saturday. We were tossing and turning all night from the aches and pains of Body Beast.
<insert Arnold voice> I like to pick things up and put things down!
Well. I WASN'T cranky this morning. I woke up feeling pretty decent.
And I was pissed about it. I kept saying to myself, "STOP IT, it's MONDAY. People are CRANKY on Mondays!!!"
I realized, I was being a jerk. To myself. Not allowing myself to be HAPPY? Because it's Monday?? Being upset I feel GOOD in the morning?! Ouch.
LET YOURSELF BE HAPPY.
