I'd like to try the 21 Day Fix with Shakeology for $140!
Too expensive?
Try the 21 Day Fix without Shakeology for $60!
**Beachbody will NOT charge you until your product ships. This may be as late as April. The Shakeology will be delivered immediately!**
As of February 3rd, the 21 Day Fix is out! Well, not technically released to the public yet. You have to know someone on the inside to sign up. ;) Good thing you have us! If you don't know about this new program, here's some Q/A's that might help you out.
What is the 21 Day Fix anyway?
The 21 Day Fix is a 21 day program (really?), and what it does is helps teach portion control. It comes with 7 containers that are different sizes and colors. It also comes with 7 workouts that are each 30 minutes long.

Each container represents a serving of a different food group. For example, green is vegetables, purple is fruit.
What do I do with the containers?
You fill a container up a certain amount of times a day. The amounts depend on how much you weigh and what your goals are. For example, a participant in the test group was allowed 4 red, 3 green, 2 purple, 1 blue, and 1 orange container throughout the day.

Actually, YES! Of course, you shouldn't have pizza every day, but of course you can have a slice! The guidelines that come with the program even come with information about adding pizza or lasagna to your day!
I'm pretty bad at cooking. Should I even bother with this?
YES! OMG YES! This program is fully geared towards people who don't have a lot of experience with portion control and cooking skills. You don't have to know how to cook anything before you start!
I was thinking about Shakeology instead of this. What do you think?
The regular 21 Day Fix is available to ship late March if you pre-order now for $59.85.
But, if you order the Challenge Pack for $140, you'll receive it this month! The Challenge Pack includes Shakeology of any flavor (including the mixed boxes). Remember, Shakeology is $129.99, so you get the 21 Day Fix for $10!
Should I do the 21 Day Fix only once?

Do I have to carry the containers around with me everywhere?
No way! If you eat lunch at your work or school, simply fill up containers the night before (such as 1 red, 2 green, and 1 blue) to get your portions right, and then combine them into a single container! They're still the same portions for a meal. It's easier to microwave that way too. :)
